A chain-link fence (also referred to as wire netting, wire-mesh fence, chain-wire fence, cyclone fence, hurricane fence, or diamond-mesh fence) is a type of woven fence usually made from galvanized or linear low-density polyethylene-coated steel wire.
The wires run vertically and are bent into a zigzag pattern so that each “zig” hooks with the wire immediately on one side and each “zag” with the wire immediately on the other.
This forms the characteristic diamond pattern seen in this type of fence.
Barbed wire is made from 1.60mm and 2.50mm of Galvanised Iron (GI) wire. These two wires are then fed into the machine and twisted together to form a cable.
Likewise, another wire is fed from the side that is twisted around the cable of the two wires to form a two-point barb.
The ready wires are packaged into three main sizes for packaging and delivery; 20kg (480m), 25kg (610m) and 20kg (12.5 gauge). This sharply-cut wire is mainly used for security fencing, on top of a wall or other areas for added security.
Galvanised U-shaped staples are used to fix fencing line wire securely to square or machine rounded fencing posts. U-nails also fix stock fencing, rabbit wire, chicken wire, welded wire mesh and agricultural fences to timber stakes and posts. Easy to hammer, the U-nails are a fencers essential fixing accessory. All of Ultimate One’s fencing staples are U-shaped with sharp points, and are heavily galvanised to protect against corrosion and rust.
U nails are produced by passing a bundle of wire through the specialized machine which then perfectly cuts and shapes the wire into required nail size. It is available in different thickness depending on the work to be done.
Ordinary Nails are manufactured from drawn wire coil. Different nail sizes have different specification. The common trend for nails is, as the size of the nail increases the diameter of the wire used to manufacture increases.
Ordinary nails are mainly used for construction purposes, any repair work, furniture fabrication, roofing construction, etc.
BRC Wire Mesh is a steel reinforcement material in concrete. The mesh is used for replacing the traditional “cut & bend” and placing of steel thermo-mechanical treated bars. The mesh is an electric fusion welded prefabricated reinforcement consisting of a series of parallel longitudinal wires with accurate spacing welded to cross wires at the required spacing. Machines are used to produce the mesh with precise dimensional control. The product results in considerable savings in time, labor and money.
Razor wire is also named Concertina Wire, Razor Barbed Wire, Fencing Wire, or Razor Type Barbed Wire. It is a kind of modern security fencing materials with better protection and fencing strength made of hot-dipped galvanized steel sheets or stainless steel sheets.
It comes with beautiful sharp blades and strong core wire that is very hard to cut. Its diameter is 450mm and it easily integrates to your electric fence.
This razor wire has the features of easy installation, age resistance and secure fencing. One razor wire can be stretched from 8-11M depending on your need. Based on the coil design of the razor wire, it provides maximum security and typically used at prisons and on military bases.
Cost effective, high quality wire mesh.
Use for small animal enclosures, chicken coops, fruit cages, general gardening & DIY applications.
Key info:
Binding wires are made of galvanized, plastic coated annealed and stainless steel wire.
It is softness, good ductility and high strength, and is easily bent and tied in a knot.
Binding wire with heat treatment will have high strength and become softer. Cover the wire with zinc, its resistance to corrosion will be strength.
Galvanized binding wire has a matte or shiny finish, and it is easy to oppose the negative effects of the environment. PVC coated binding wire has resistance to corrosion.
